Director of Parks & Leisure Services Department within the City of Porterville Jim is crucial to both the Zalud House and PGS. Jim oversees city parks and public landscaping, our cities golf course, our OHV facility, numerous sports fields, two libraries, literacy programs, sport leagues and leisure activities for all ages. Jim even works with our youth center and 17 after school programs. Jim and his wife have two sons and now enjoy 5 grandchildren! He and his wife enjoy spoiling those grandchildren, wine tasting and gardening.

Jim has always felt that paranormal activity was possible and occurring, but with limited knowledge in the field due to lack of interest rather than disbelief. Jim's partnership with PGS will continue to expand into the paranormal study of various city facilities. Jim envisions our partnership goals to include promoting paranormal study for the general enjoyment of the public, and for generating interest and a new revenue source for the Zalud House Museum. It is his belief that PGS has the expertise, and enthusiasm to lead the effort that will accomplish these goals.
