The Investigation

PGS has had several visits to the Zalud House to investigate some of the experiences that have been reported by visitors and staff.

Some of the reports are feelings of being watched, hearing sounds in the kitchen, footsteps, whispering and objects being moved. Energies and orbs have also been reported.

PGS has had the privilege of seeking out some possible answers to these claims. Just being able to visit and become familiar with the house has been fantastic. It is like venturing into a time capsule…

Team members have reported experiencing eerie feelings or sensations of being followed. It could be because of the age of the house, its furnishings and the general atmosphere. Or it could be attributed to the fact that the Zaluds still live there.

Whatever the case, whenever one is surrounded by personal items that belonged to once living people; the beds they slept and died in, the chairs they read or napped in, their toys and dolls, clothing, books, diaries that hold private thoughts, the saddle Ed was sitting in when the accident that caused his death took place, the chair that William Brooks was in when he was shot and killed (yup, the bullet hole is there too) and Pearle’s long-gone, beloved canary…still encased in a delicate glass box on her dresser…the energy is still around, floating, attached to things that were dear to them, possessions that were part of their lives.

We like to believe that we are not intruding, we are exploring. We are their guests; we feel honored to visit their home and are respectful in every way. We would like to share our evidence and experiences from the Zalud House.

EVPs, Listen Carefully

Please Note: While listening to the following sounds, please turn up your speakers or wear headphones to listen more closely. Spirits do not speak very loudly, fact; it takes an experienced ear to catch them.
	Bell Ringing
	During an EVP session that was conducted in the dining area, our recorder captured sounds of a porcelain door bell ringing and crystal being handled. The basis for questioning was about the holiday season, if they were expecting company for dinner… The sounds were not heard by any of the team until played back.
	"John"
	During another session, in the master bedroom of John and Mary Zalud, the name “John” is heard in the hushed voice of a woman.
	Knock, Knock, Knock
	During an EVP session in the kitchen I asked the spirit to make a noise, it rapidly knocked in response.
	"You Talk To Her"
	While getting ready for an EVP session (that’s why it’s noisy), the voice of a man can be heard saying "you talk to her”
	Pearle’s Canary
	During an EVP Session in the kitchen, a bird is heard chirping, there is also a strange sound right after. This is the area where her favorite pet canary was accidentally killed by getting caught in the door. -
	"This One in Green"
	During a long, warm and quiet evening (everyone was tired), Micky had lain on Ed's bed for an EVP session, asking if it was okay. Now to set it up....Bruno was standing in the doorway, not speaking or moving and he was wearing a green shirt

-	Here is a picture of a “slinky” type energy moving down the stairs. Immediately before this picture, (while walking down the stairs) Art felt pressure on his back, as if he was being hurried along and Rose felt a presence following her down when she took the stairs later that evening:
	We usually dismiss orbs….but when one has obvious movement, no one is moving around and if it’s this big and bright …well we have to share. This was in the master bedroom (see how it bends?):
